This resource supports the 'Inclusive curriculum' module of the University of Birmingham’s PG Cert, created as part of the JISC/HEA-funded DELILA project; it also stands alone for any user wanting to learn about the range of services that the Library provides for people with hidden disabilities. This guide covers how things such as book fetching, photocopying services, assistive technology and contacts for further support.
