This resource supports the 'Understanding Educational Enquiry' module of the University of Birmingham’s PG Cert, created as part of the JISC/HEA-funded DELILA project; it also stands alone for any user wanting to get some basic tips on using electronic resources at the University of Birmingham. The resource was created using Echo360 lecture capture, and includes constructing a search using boolean logic, and institution-specific advice on accessing resources, help and alerts.
